Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development to support the sales team through lead management, quotation processing, customer coordination, OEM communication, and business development activities. The role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between customers, OEM partners, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and customer requests.
- Coordinate with field sales teams for lead tracking and closures.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and customer proposals.
- Maintain CRM and sales records.
- Coordinate with overseas OEMs regarding pricing, orders, and deliveries.
- Follow up on payments, contracts, and renewals.
- Generate reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
- Support business development initiatives and market expansion activities.
