Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in sports management.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintain constant communication with center managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage data collection for updating the metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Results-oriented mindset with self-motivation and the ability to work in a target-driven Environment.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supporting events conducted across various centers.
