Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, dosage, storage, and possible side effects.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor the storage and expiry of medicines.
- Maintain accurate records of dispensing and controlled drugs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication-related queries.
- Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration.
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Freshers with valid registration may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
