- Safety: They ensure the work site is safe. They make sure all workers wear the proper gear and follow safety rules.
- Grid Interconnection: They work with the local power company so the solar system can connect to the power grid.
5. Communication and Reporting
- Stakeholders: They update clients, business bosses, and investors on project progress.
- Problem Solving: They fix any issues that cause project delays.
