About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the digital marketing efforts for our product, App2Food. This role will play a crucial part in driving the online growth of our customers, primarily restaurants across the United States.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Brand Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies for App2Mobile and App2Food clients.
- Understand client requirements and align social media activities with brand objectives.
- Brief the content/copy team in line with brand strategy and campaign expectations.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure creatives are aligned with campaign messaging and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the management and growth of social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and social media performance metrics.
Google Ads Management
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- YouTube Ads
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Optimize landing pages and ad copies to improve Quality Score and campaign performance.
- Generate regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop lead generation, engagement, traffic, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lower acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and videos.
Campaign Management & Performance Marketing
- Perform account analysis and optimization to meet clients' ROI goals.
- Build high-converting landing pages and sales funnels to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and campaign accuracy.
- Present campaign insights, performance reports, and recommendations during client meetings.
- Manage and enhance App2Food clients (restaurants in the US) to improve user experience and conversions.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Implement CRO strategies to improve website conversions and online orders.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, SEO-optimized content.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and search engine rankings.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads Manager
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and clients.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications are preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably handling international clients.
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Proficiency in SEO, SMO, SMM, Google Analytics, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong reporting, presentation, and client management abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
