Apna Contractor is looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead our interior projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with clients, vendors, and the design team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Oversee space planning, material selection, and project budgeting.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Review and approve technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Ensure project completion within timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and modern design solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in residential and commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior design trends.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in client interactions, presentations, and site supervision.
