Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and focused Overseas Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in customer service who are looking to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
· Actively listen to customer concerns to understand their needs
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
· Resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
· Build rapport through friendly and open communication
· Proactively check customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Qualifications
· 0–1 year of experience in customer service (Freshers are welcome to apply)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
· Customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities
· Basic computer proficiency
