1. Educational Qualifications
- A Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Additional certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping freight forwarding, International Business, or a related field.
2. Industrial Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in SCM, Logistics Management, Shipping Management, Air-Cargo Management, Port Operations Management, Retail Management, Warehouse Management Sectors.
- Good knowledge of documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, shipping lines, and freight management.
3. Teaching Skills
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to prepare course material, case studies, and interactive sessions.
4. Language Proficiency
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (mandatory).
- Good command of English is an added advantage.
5. Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students and simplify complex concepts.
