Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (Patient Care & Counseling)

We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Zoya Ayurveda. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, follow-up calls, appointment scheduling, and providing excellent patient support.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Follow up with patients and leads regarding consultations and treatments.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and counselors.
- Address patient queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of patient interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in achieving counseling and conversion targets.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned department when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or Above.
- Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Telecalling, Customer Support, Healthcare, or Counseling preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week in a day shift.
