Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Instruction: Design and follow age-appropriate lesson plans. Introduce early math, reading, and writing concepts using interactive methods like storytelling, music, and crafts.
- Classroom Management: Establish routines, manage student behavior, and resolve conflicts calmly and positively.
- Care & Safety: Ensure the basic needs of children are met. Supervise students during playtime, meals, and nap times, strictly adhering to health and safety standards.
- Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any developmental or behavioral concerns.
- Observation & Assessment: Track each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development, and document their progress to tailor future activities.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
