Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' health conditions and record medical histories.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
Qualifications
B.sc Nursing or GNM
Should be registered with Nursing Council
Fresher with certificate are eligible.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are plus. But not mandatory.
