The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve property sales targets, develop client relationships, and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing sales operations, creating sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property buying and selling process.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market research, client relationship management, and customer engagement
Understanding of real estate trends, property laws, and project development processes
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatoryAdditional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related field is preferred
