Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for employees while supporting key HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, overseeing payroll processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize culture-building activities.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts professionally.
- Process payroll accurately and administer employee benefits.
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, induction, offboarding, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and prepare HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support performance management and other HR initiatives as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Strong ability to handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good understanding of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is an advantage.
Compensation
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
