The Mother Teacher is responsible for teaching and nurturing students of Grades 1 and 2, ensuring their academic, social, emotional, and overall development. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintain classroom discipline, monitor student progress, and provide individual attention where required. The role also involves maintaining student records, communicating regularly with parents, participating in school activities, and creating a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
Qualifications:
- D.El.Ed / NTT qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in primary grades is preferred.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly approach.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
