About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Relations Officer who can effectively bridge the gap between talent and industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong corporate partnerships, driving learner placements, and expanding our hiring network.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop corporate leads for learner placements, training programs, and partnerships
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
Manage end-to-end coordination with corporate partners as per hiring requirements
Schedule and align 30+ interviews every month with corporate clients
Drive and achieve monthly placement targets through strategic planning
Plan and execute BTL (Below The Line) campaigns for organic lead generation and brand visibility
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement processes
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2 – 5 years in Corporate Relations / Placements / Business Development
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, bulk email platforms, and WhatsApp communication tools
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results
Ability to think creatively and implement innovative engagement strategies
