About the Role
Green Card Immigrations is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Gujrati-Speaking Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you are fluent in Malayalam, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales, this is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in the immigration industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Malayalam-speaking clients, understanding their immigration goals, and guiding them toward suitable visa and migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to immigration and visa services.
- Communicate effectively with Malayalam-speaking clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide professional guidance on immigration pathways, visa programs, and eligibility requirements.
- Explain services, packages, documentation requirements, and processing timelines.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the immigration process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure smooth case management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Gujrati and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, immigration consultancy, visa services, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into clients.
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Experience in immigration, visa consultancy, overseas education, or recruitment will be preferred.
