Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Inventory Executive to handle barcoding, stock management, billing entries, and daily operational trackers. The candidate should have hands-on experience with APX Billing Software (Billing) and strong documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage product barcodes accurately
Handle stock purchase entries in APX Billing (Billing)
Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
Prepare and update daily and weekly trackers
Perform DO (Delivery Order) checking
Verify and cross-check invoices with purchase and stock records
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and operations team
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in APX Billing Software
Knowledge of billing, inventory, and stock management
Good command over MS Excel (trackers, reports)
Basic understanding of purchase, invoices, and DO process
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Commerce graduate or equivalent
Experience in retail / distribution / warehouse environment
Immediate joiner preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
