We are looking for a motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing solar company. The candidate will be responsible for handling electrical design, site supervision, installation support, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities related to solar power projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and supervise solar PV system installations
- Prepare electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and load calculations
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility checks for solar projects
- Coordinate with installation teams, vendors, and customers
- Ensure proper installation of inverters, panels, cables, earthing, and protection systems
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality and safety standards
- Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems
- Assist with net metering, electrical approvals, and documentation
- Provide technical support for maintenance and service activities
- Prepare project reports and update management on work status
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in solar projects will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, wiring, and electrical safety
- Ability to handle site work and project coordination
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel for site visits if required
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of rooftop solar installation process
- Familiarity with KSEB / net metering / solar subsidy procedures is a plus
- Ability to manage project execution from survey to commissioning
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
