HVAC Project Sales Manager – VRF/VRV
We are looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager to drive HVAC project sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems and an established network with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and Project Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new HVAC project leads and develop business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Consultants, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and other key decision-makers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to quotation, negotiation, order closing, and project handover.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate with the technical and execution teams for project requirements and proposals.
- Prepare and present HVAC solutions based on project requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in HVAC Project Sales / B2B Sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of VRF/VRV, Ductable AC, Cassette AC, Split AC, Chillers, and complete HVAC solutions.
- Existing network with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and PMC firms will be highly preferred.
- Experience in handling projects such as Hotels, Hospitals, Villas, Commercial Buildings, Offices, Schools, Malls, and Industrial Projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
