Job Type: Full-Time / Internship About Exam Battle Exam Battle is an AI-powered online examination and assessment platform that helps schools, coaching institutes, and educational organizations conduct secure, efficient, and data-driven exams. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can drive business growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential customers, including coaching institutes, schools, colleges, and educational organizations. Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of Exam Battle's platform. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies. Requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset. Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Prior experience in sales, business development, or EdTech sales is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
