Jigitals , is looking for energetic and confident Client Relationship Executives to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, explaining services clearly, and helping interested clients make the right decision. You will be handling genuine national and international enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chats.
What you will do:
Speak with interested customers and explain our services professionally.
Follow up with leads and guide them through the booking process.
Handle customer questions with patience and clarity.
Maintain customer details and follow-up updates properly.
Coordinate with the team for smooth service delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers and support conversions.
Who can apply:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good speaking skills are important.
Good English is required.
Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is needed.
