We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages, ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Suggest suitable travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and activity providers
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings with excellent follow-up
- Maintain client records and ensure after-sales support
- Promote company packages across online platforms when required
