About the Role
Wingslide Technologies Private Limited is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Trainer with strong expertise in Java Full Stack Development and basic knowledge of Python Full Stack Development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly through practical, project-based training. The candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and guiding learners on real-world software development concepts and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions primarily on Java Full Stack Development.
- Train candidates on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and related technologies.
- Cover frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular.
- Provide hands-on training on databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Introduce learners to software development practices, Git, debugging, and application development.
- Guide students through real-time projects, assignments, coding exercises, and mini-projects.
- Conduct assessments, coding evaluations, and technical discussions to track learner progress.
- Provide individual mentoring and help learners resolve technical doubts.
- Explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Support learners in developing industry-ready technical and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare or update training materials, presentations, assignments, and project content.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct basic sessions or provide introductory guidance on Python Full Stack Development when required.
Experience & Qualification
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Java Full Stack Development, Technical Training, Mentoring, or a combination of these.
- Candidates with hands-on software development experience and a passion for training are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,345.99 per month
