Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing cum Graphic Design Specialist to manage digital marketing activities while producing high-quality visual content for branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing knowledge combined with excellent graphic design skills to support business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Create and schedule social media posts, promotional campaigns, and email marketing content
- Monitor SEO and SEM performance to improve website traffic and online visibility
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare marketing reports
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to support marketing objectives
- Maintain and update website and digital content as needed
Graphic Design Responsibilities
- Design labels, posters, banners, brochures, packaging artwork, and promotional materials
- Create engaging visual content for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure all designs follow company branding and printing specifications
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork files
- Edit and revise designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets
- Stay updated with current design trends and digital marketing practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising tools
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling tools
- Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Understanding of print production and branding principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in packaging, printing, retail, or advertising industry
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads
- Portfolio showcasing both marketing campaigns and graphic design work
