About the role:
Parul University has recently opened a new office in Ratnagiri City, and we are looking for Freshers or Experienced candidates for the position of Academic Counselor / Telecaller. This role involves student counseling, lead follow-ups, and guiding students about courses and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about academic programs and career options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain accurate student records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong student relationship.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to handle students and parents confidently
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus)
- Good listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Any HSC or Graduate can apply
- Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, sales, or education is an added advantage
