About the Role -
SmartSchool Education is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to lead and grow our institutional sales in the EdTech space.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Study’n’Learn Interactive Flat Panels and digital learning solutions across schools, colleges, and institutional partners. You will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, education, and technology, and are eager to contribute to the digital transformation of classrooms.
Key Responsibilities -
- Achieve revenue targets through effective B2B sales & business development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach, campaigns, and networking
- Meet school clients to understand their needs and offer customized EdTech solutions
- Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support for clients
- Resolve client queries and ensure high satisfaction & retention
- Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline regularly
Requirements -
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / EdTech
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
- Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
