We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee and optimize the manufacturing processes at Mehta Tubes Limited (UNIT: II). The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization to achieve production targets.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze production data to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance skills and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field / Diploma Mechanical Engineer.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in production management, preferably in non-ferrous metal or tube/piping industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ISO and other industry certifications.
- Proficient in MS Office and production planning tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
