Job Title: USA Freight Broker (Sales)
Location: Sector 82, Mohali (On-site) & Patiala.
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced USA Freight Brokers to join our growing team. The role requires strong sales skills, the ability to build and manage client relationships, and a solid understanding of the US logistics and freight brokerage process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US freight market
- Manage and grow relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates and close profitable deals
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary offered as per experience
- Performance-based increments
Incentive Structure:
- Initial 2-month support period with 100% incentive payout on earnings. NO CAPPING.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in US freight brokerage or logistics sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Target-driven and self-motivated
