Little Millennium is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Chief Learning Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool and ensure a high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily school operations and administration.
- Lead and support the teaching staff.
- Conduct parent counselling and admission conversions.
- Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum.
- Maintain student records and operational documentation.
- Organize school activities and parent engagement programs.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and child-friendly environment.
Desired Candidate:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Education background preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a preschool or school.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
