Position: Quality Engineer
Qualification- Diploma/ BE Mech
Experience- 2 to 5 year (Heavy Fabrication & Material Handling)

Key Responsibilities:
1.Perform in-process, incoming-material, and outgoing (final) inspections of fabricated parts/components. Inspect welding, grinding, and other fabrication processes to ensure compliance with specifications and safety norms.
2.Generate daily inspection reports, quality-data logs, PDIR reports, and maintain inspection documentation.
3.Maintain accurate ERP / Excel entries — record inspection results, material traceability, defects/non-conformities, corrective actions.
4.Coordinate with production, welding, and fabrication teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
5.Act as a self-starter and effective team-player — collaborate across departments to maintain high quality & safety standards.
Required Skills
1.Practical knowledge of welding, grinding, heavy fabrication, inspection techniques, and ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints
2.Strong data-compilation, documentation and reporting skills
3.Good computer skills — familiarity with Excel / ERP systems preferred
4.Excellent oral & written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with production staff / customers during inspections
5.Strong attention to detail, quality-conscious, ability to work under pressure, and good teamwork orientation
