- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of staff and contract workers, including manpower planning, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage statutory tax compliance including Professional Tax, Transport Tax, and ensure timely renewal and maintenance of insurance policies.
- Maintain employee records and personal files
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Support performance appraisal process
- Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime
- Assist in payroll processing
- Maintain accurate HR data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Coordinate with auditors and government officials
- Identify training needs
- Organize skill development programs
- Maintain training records
- Maintain HR policies and procedures
- Issue appointment letters, ID cards, and confirmation letters
- Handle exit formalities (resignation, full & final settlement)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, HR software)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or related field
Experience:
- 1–5 years (preferred in manufacturing / foundry industry)
