Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Communication & Updates Serve as the primary point of contact for customers once material is received at the plant. Proactively provide material status updates via phone calls and emails. Respond promptly to customer inquiries using "Reply All" to ensure all stakeholders are kept in the loop regarding material progress. 2. Coordination & Scheduling Liaise with internal teams to obtain accurate delivery dates and relay this information to customers. Monitor production stages (Pre-Inspection, Production, or Final Inspection) using Q2P (Quote to Project) sheets to provide real-time updates. 3. Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update critical operational documents, including: o Customer Order & Billing Records o Dispatch & Outsourcing Logs o Quarantine & SCOT (Supply Chain On-Time) Sheets Ensure all data entry in Excel is accurate and up to date for internal tracking and auditing. 4. Feedback & Relationship Management Conduct post-dispatch follow-ups with new customers within 15–20 days to ensure satisfaction. Manage a recurring feedback cycle for regular customers every three months. Document and maintain all customer feedback in dedicated Excel sheets to track service quality and communication history.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
