Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:Alea Modular Kitchen is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and manage shop-floor teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain product quality and adherence to company standards.
- Manage workforce allocation, productivity, and discipline.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in modular kitchen, furniture, or woodworking production.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and deadlines.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
