Overview:
We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to support our data collection and research efforts. The individual will be responsible for identifying relevant information from public online sources and accurately organizing this data into structured formats.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to present observations and insights clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and review relevant websites and online platforms
- Extract relevant information from websites and online sources based on defined requirements
- Accurately copy and record data into Excel or Google Spreadsheets
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all collected information
- Organize data in a clear and structured format as per standard templates
- Perform basic data validation and cross-checks to maintain data quality
- Proactively identify potential issues, data gaps, or discrepancies and escalate them to relevant stakeholders
- Meet daily or weekly data collection targets while working under tight deadlines
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related or relevant domain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to navigate websites and identify relevant information efficiently
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Good internet research and data handling skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standardized processes
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and large volumes of data
- Prior experience in online research, data entry, or information gathering
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of using AI Models (Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
