Salary
- Freshers: ₹21,000 In-Hand (₹25,000 CTC)
- Experienced: Up to ₹28,000 CTC (Based on Experience)
Shift Timings
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off

- Graduate Mandatory
- Good English Communication Skills

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice, Email, and Chat
- Assist customers with account and service-related queries
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
