Job Summary:
The Service Supervisor – Civil Department is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth execution of civil maintenance, repair, and construction-related activities. The role involves managing site operations, monitoring workforce performance, and ensuring quality work as per technical standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair work at site locations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth execution of tasks.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the concerned authority.
- Check materials and ensure proper usage as per requirements.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues and support timely completion of projects.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in civil site supervision or maintenance work.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
