Support recruitment activities, including job advertising, CV screening, initial candidate assessments, and interview coordination.

Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees, including system access, communications, and orientation support.

Prepare and maintain timesheet reports, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.

Assist with payroll processing, payslip verification, and payroll-related submissions.

Maintain employee records, HR systems, contracts, certifications, and benefits documentation in line with data protection requirements.

Support performance review administration, employee benefits management, and related HR processes.

Process employee-related reimbursements, training expenses, memberships, and subscriptions.

Coordinate offboarding activities and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.

Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR enquiries.

Assist with external funding schemes, accreditation processes, and HR compliance activities.

Promote adherence to internal policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Previous experience in an HR, People Operations, or Human Resources Administration role.

Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR administration processes.

Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR systems.
