Job Summary
ITS Earthing Products Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and responsible Legal & Administration Executive to manage legal, administrative, compliance, employee-related, banking, and operational matters of the company. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal documentation, employee verification, government compliance, customer dispute resolution, vehicle administration, and various organizational support activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal & Compliance
- Handle company legal matters and coordinate with advocates, consultants, and government authorities.
- Draft, review, and maintain agreements, contracts, notices, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain legal records, licenses, registrations, and compliance documentation.
- Follow up on legal cases and company-related disputes.
Employee Administration
- Conduct employee police verification and background verification.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters and coordinate with management.
- Verify employee documents during recruitment and onboarding.
- Monitor employee attendance, records, and compliance requirements.
Banking & Financial Coordination
- Coordinate with banks regarding account operations, documentation, loans, and other banking requirements.
- Handle cheque deposits, cheque collection, and banking correspondence.
- Assist accounts and finance departments with required documentation.
GST & Government Liaison Work
- Coordinate with CA and consultants regarding GST, registrations, and statutory compliances.
- Assist in government-related submissions and documentation.
- Maintain records of licenses, registrations, and statutory certificates.
Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Handle problematic customers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure proper communication and follow-up for issue resolution.
Vehicle & Asset Management
- Manage company vehicle documentation, insurance, PUC, permits, and maintenance records.
- Handle issues related to company two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Monitor vehicle usage and ensure compliance with company policies.
Telecalling & Feedback Management
- Conduct customer feedback calls and maintain records.
- Follow up with customers regarding service quality and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Law (LLB), B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certification in Labour Laws, Compliance, or Administration will be preferred.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in legal, administration, HR, or compliance functions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and compliance procedures.
- Knowledge of employee verification and labour-related matters.
- Familiarity with GST, banking procedures, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email Communication).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
