Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Digital Campus team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be confident in interacting with students and parents, and be passionate about achieving admission targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate student admissions through direct and telephonic sales.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Counsel prospective students about our courses and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM is an advantage).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Willing to travel locally for promotional activities if required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
