The Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive enterprise and SME sales in the IT Hardware and Mobility Solutions segment. The role involves business development, key account management, partner ecosystem development, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow enterprise, corporate, and SME accounts.
- Drive business development and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, ISVs, carriers, consultants, and solution partners.
- Manage project pipelines using CRM tools.
- Deliver customer presentations and solution-based sales proposals.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Hardware, Enterprise Solutions, or Technology Distribution.
- Strong understanding of the IT Hardware and Mobility ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in business development and key account management.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
