Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, C.A. Inter(Preferred) or CMA.
6+ years of experience in the NAV/MS D365 Business Central project implementation.
Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, manufacturing, and warehouse management.
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
What Do You Need to Do?
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and define functional specifications.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure and customize D365 Business Central to align with business needs, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Implementation & Deployment: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within Business Central.
- Integration & Reporting: Work with technical teams to integrate Business Central with other applications and develop reporting solutions using Power BI and Jet Reports.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed functional documentation, test scripts, and user manuals.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
