Role Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced SharePoint Team Lead who is Graduate in IT with hands-on and capable of leading delivery while actively contributing to design and development. The role requires strong technical depth in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 along with .NET-based integrations, team leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities ·
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 solutions ·
- Remain hands-on with SPFx,
- React-based SharePoint development and custom components ·
- Design and implement backend integrations using .NET/C#, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph · Define SharePoint architecture including site collections, hub sites, metadata, search, and governance ·
- Lead and mentor SharePoint developers; perform code reviews and enforce coding standards ·
- Own sprint planning, estimations, risk management, and technical decision-making · Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance of SharePoint and integration solutions ·
- Oversee CI/CD, deployments, production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Areas of Expertise · SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and modern SharePoint architecture ·
- SharePoint On-Premises (2010/2013/2016/2019) - migration & modernization context · SharePoint Embedded · SPFx development with React and TypeScript ·
- .NET Core / C# development including ASP.NET / Web APIs for integrations · Microsoft Graph API, RESTful services, and enterprise integrations ·
- PnP provisioning, site scripts, site templates, and automation · SharePoint permissions, governance, security, and M365 Groups · PowerShell scripting and automation ·
- Power Automate workflows and approvals · CI/CD and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps preferred)
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have) · 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 focus ·
- Proven experience as SharePoint Team Lead / Technical Lead with hands-on responsibility · Strong hands-on experience with SPFx, modern SharePoint Online development, and React
- Working experience with .NET / C# and REST API integrations with SharePoint ·
- Experience working with Microsoft Graph API and secure enterprise integrations ·
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
