- Handle inbound and outbound calls for resort bookings and inquiries.
- Explain resort packages, room categories, wedding packages, and special offers to guests.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the reservations and sales team to ensure smooth booking operations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
