Traditional Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Location: Psychiatric Hospital / Mental Health Care Center
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Hospital Administrator
Job Summary
The Traditional Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital’s psychiatric and mental health services through offline and field-based marketing activities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, organizations, NGOs, corporates, and community stakeholders to increase patient referrals and enhance the hospital’s visibility and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field marketing activities to promote psychiatric and mental health services.
- Build and maintain referral networks with general physicians, hospitals, clinics, counselors, psychologists, NGOs, and rehabilitation centers.
- Visit corporates, educational institutions, hostels, old age homes, and community centers for awareness and tie-ups.
- Organize and coordinate mental health awareness programs, health camps, seminars, and workshops.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, and banners.
- Represent the hospital professionally during external meetings and events.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and patient feedback.
- Maintain daily visit reports, referral data, and follow-up records.
- Support branding activities and ensure hospital image aligns with ethical mental health practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Doctors, HR, Admin) for campaigns and outreach programs.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport, especially in sensitive mental health settings.
- Convincing and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of local market and healthcare ecosystem is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email reporting).
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business Administration preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in traditional or field marketing (healthcare/hospital experience preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
