About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room sales and banquet sales, while also ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective guest relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for hospitality and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and manage leads for banquet bookings, events, conferences, weddings, and group reservations.
- Promote and sell hotel rooms, banquet facilities, and other hotel services.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property tours for prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Guest Relations
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm and professional arrival experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Build strong relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Gather guest feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
