Job Summary
The Field Marketing Executive works outside the hospital premises to increase awareness of the hospital's medical services, strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate organizations, and community groups, and support patient acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers to promote hospital services.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct marketing campaigns, health awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate health camps, seminars, and wellness events.
- Meet corporate clients to promote health check-up packages and healthcare partnerships.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, healthcare trends, and patient needs.
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate information about hospital specialties and facilities.
- Track and report daily field visits, leads, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Assist in achieving patient volume and revenue targets.
- Address queries from referral sources and facilitate smooth patient coordination.
