About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–2 years of experience to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with project teams, and supporting projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, and project teams.
- Assist in material selection, site coordination, and project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Incorporate client and project feedback into design revisions.
- Support residential, commercial, villa, and apartment projects.
Requirements:
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and design development.
- Proficiency in relevant design software.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, villas, apartments, or workplace projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
