Job Description
Lead endtoend performance testing using NeoLoad covering load stress endurance and scalability testing
Analyze nonfunctional requirements NFRs and translate them into robust performance test strategies and scenarios
Design develop and maintain NeoLoad test scripts for web API and enterprise applications
Plan and execute performance tests across onpremise and cloud environments AWSAzureGCP
Monitor application and infrastructure metrics CPU memory DB network during test execution and correlate results with system behavior
Analyze test results identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for system tuning
Prepare and present performance test reports dashboards and summaries to stakeholders
Support performance testing in CICD pipelines and continuous testing initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead performance testing planning including strategy formulation workload modeling and risk and issue management Drive performance engineering efforts to enhance application responsiveness and stability Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios for various applications and services Manage performance test execution across different environments and monitor system behavior Conduct detailed analysis of performance metrics such as response time throughput error rates and resource utilization Prepare and present comprehensive performance test reports and executive summaries to stakeholders Coordinate with development infrastructure and database teams to implement performance improvements Ensure performance testing activities comply with organizational policies and project timelines Support production readiness through performance validation during golive and hypercare phases
