Job Summary
GAJ GROUP is looking for an experienced ERP Executive with a background in the Civil Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP software and be capable of managing project data, inventory, purchase, billing, and reporting while coordinating with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily ERP operations and ensure accurate data entry.
- Handle purchase, inventory, stores, project, and billing modules in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Purchase, Accounts, Stores, and Project teams.
- Maintain project-wise material records and stock reconciliation.
- Generate MIS reports and provide data for management review.
- Ensure timely updates of project, vendor, customer, and inventory records.
- Identify and resolve ERP-related operational issues.
- Support ERP implementation, process improvements, and user training.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP Executive in the Civil Construction/Infrastructure industry.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (construction ERP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, project billing, and material management.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with construction companies.
- Understanding of BOQ, project execution, and site operations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
