Role Description
The Human Resources Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating training and development activities. The Human Resources Administrator will administer employee benefits, assist with performance management processes, and ensure HR policies are consistently applied. The role also includes working with HRIS tools to update and track HR data, preparing HR-related reports, and responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner. This position supports compliance with labor and employment regulations and contributes to a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication of policies to employees.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and comfort with maintaining and analyzing HR data.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and ability to support compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
